Provides complete training on the fundamentals and practices of the FLEX-IN methodology to all team members. Make sure they understand the roles, responsibilities and processes involved in using FLEX-IN effectively.

Organizational Structure Design
Clearly defines roles and responsibilities within the FLEX-IN context. Establish autonomous cross-functional teams and facilitate fluid communication and collaboration between them.
Pilot Implementation and Testing
Select a suitable pilot project and apply the FLEX-IN methodology in a controlled environment. Evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation, collect feedback, and make adjustments as necessary before expanding the methodology to other teams or projects.
